In order to reduce the energy cost and operation cost of local grid energy management in the long term, we propose an online real-time energy management algorithm based on Lyapunov optimization technology. In this paper, we establish a flexible load function for the energy load. The Lyapunov optimization algorithm is originally used to analyze and control communication and stochastic network systems. Using this optimization method, decisions on energy saving and optimal profit can be made under unknown future data. The energy management targets of the Internet of Energy include renewable energies with intermittent and stochastic characteristics, electric vehicles with flexible loads with random access time and delay, and energy storage equipment with strong time coupling. The content of this paper is how to improve the utilization rate of renewable energies in the local energy grid, reduce the dependence on the large power grid, and reduce the operation cost of the local energy grid by adjusting the charging and discharging behavior of electric vehicles and energy storage equipment.
