چکیده مقاله:

This study explores the fabrication of transparent conductive films (TCFs) via in-situ electrochemical synthesis of expanded graphite directly onto substrates. With growing demand for flexible displays, solar cells, and optoelectronic devices, alternatives to indium tin oxide (ITO) are sought due to its brittleness and high cost. Expanded graphite, a form of carbon with excellent electronic and optical properties, offers a promising substitute. The synthesized films were characterized by X-ray diffraction and optical microscopy, confirming their structure and uniformity. Electrical properties were evaluated by measuring resistance in ohms using a multimeter, serving as a key indicator of electrical conductivity. Results showed that in-situ electrochemically produced expanded graphite films exhibit good conductivity and optical transparency, indicating their potential to replace ITO in various applications. Further optimization of synthesis parameters could enhance the performance of these cost-effective and flexible TCFs.
