چکیده مقاله:

Traditional dyeing is accomplished by using very large quantities of water and chemicals. To minimize the consumption at high rates and also minimize the effects on the environment, dyeing was accomplished with the binary solvent system. Two solvents were applied in the method that were immiscible at room temperatures but could be blended with heating. This is how cotton dyeing was accomplished with the assistance of reactive dye. Secondly, by reducing the temperature, the two solvents are separated from each other and can be reused up to ۱۰ times. The result of binary dyeing showed that with an increase in the concentration of the dye, the rate of dye uptake increases, and to achieve a specific color appearance, the amount of dye and salt used is significantly reduced. It is observed that the dye concentration of the sample dyes colored by the binary method is ۱۳ times lower than the dye concentration of the sample colored by the standard method.
