چکیده مقاله:

The demand for transparent conductive films (TCFs) has surged due to their widespread use in flexible electronics, solar cells, touchscreens, and displays. Traditionally, indium tin oxide (ITO) has been the material of choice for TCFs, but its high cost, limited availability, and environmental concerns related to indium extraction and processing have prompted research into alternative materials. Graphene, with its exceptional electrical conductivity, transparency, and mechanical properties, has emerged as a promising substitute for ITO. This review explores process optimization strategies for using graphene in polymeric TCF production, focusing on graphene synthesis, film fabrication techniques, and the role of chemical engineering in improving efficiency, scalability, and sustainability. The integration of advanced process control strategies and sustainable production methodologies is also considered.
