چکیده مقاله:

The present study aimed to examine the role of professional development in predicting the quality of life of teachers in Rostam County during the academic year ۲۰۲۵-۲۰۲۴. This research is descriptive-correlational in nature, and the statistical population consists of all teachers employed in the Rostam County education system, totaling ۶۰۰ individuals. The sampling method was simple random sampling, utilizing Cochran's formula, and ultimately, ۲۵۲ individuals were selected as the statistical sample. To collect data, the Nova Professional Development Questionnaire and the Quality of Life Questionnaire were used. The data were analyzed using SPSS version ۲۶, employing Pearson correlation and multiple regression statistical methods. The findings of the study indicated a significant positive relationship between professional development and teachers' quality of life. The correlation coefficient for professional development was found to be ۰.۶۰ (p-value < ۰.۰۵). Based on these results, it can be concluded that professional development has the ability to predict teachers' quality of life and plays a significant role in its enhancement.
