چکیده مقاله:

The family, as the first educational institution, and the school, as the formal environment for education, can best play their roles when they are in a harmonious and coherent relationship. Motivation and leadership are two important factors affecting the success of today's classrooms. While some students are naturally self-motivated, ongoing communication between parents and teachers and their mutual understanding of the student's needs, mutual support in solving educational and behavioral problems can lead to increased motivation, improving student academic performance. Goal theory states that individuals naturally choose goals based on mastery learning achievements or performance learning achievements. Based on the research conducted, this article offers suggestions on how elementary school teachers can strengthen students' motivation through mastery learning goals and also examine how student leadership opportunities can promote mastery learning and increase motivation in the classroom.
