چکیده مقاله:

Digital health record management systems face significant challenges related to security, privacy, interoperability, and scalability. Traditional centralized approaches to health information management have proven inadequate in addressing these concerns, leading to fragmentation of patient data, security vulnerabilities, and inefficient healthcare delivery. This paper proposes a comprehensive framework for integrating blockchain technology with ۵G networks to create a secure, scalable, and interoperable digital health records management system. The proposed architecture leverages blockchain’s immutability, transparency, and decentralized consensus mechanisms alongside ۵G’s high bandwidth, low latency, and network slicing capabilities. We present a layered architectural model that addresses key implementation challenges including access control, scalability, privacy preservation, and regulatory compliance. The framework incorporates advanced cryptographic techniques, smart contracts for automated policy enforcement, edge computing for efficient data processing, and adaptive consensus mechanisms optimized for healthcare scenarios. Performance evaluation through simulation and prototype implementation demonstrates that the integrated system achieves significant improvements in data retrieval speed (۹۲% faster than traditional systems), security strength, and scalability while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The system supports efficient sharing of medical records across institutions while preserving patient privacy and enabling fine-grained access control. This research contributes to the evolving landscape of digital health infrastructure by providing a robust technological foundation that can accommodate the growing demands of modern healthcare delivery while addressing the critical requirements of data security, privacy, and availability.
