چکیده مقاله:

Artificial intelligence (AI), particularly generative AI (GAI), presents transformative opportunities for education alongside significant challenges. While GAI can enhance teaching, learning, and administrative efficiency, its implementation requires careful design, policy frameworks, and collaboration among educators, learners, and administrators. This article explores the dual-edged implications of GAI in education, analyzing its risks and opportunities. Crucially, the future of AI in education remains uncertain, necessitating adaptive leadership that prioritizes human-centered values. Educational strategies must emphasize social intelligence, student agency, and teacher-student collaboration to harness AI’s potential effectively. For instance, by automating administrative tasks, GAI can free educators to focus on fostering deeper human connections and critical thinking. However, this demands systemic shifts: schools must move beyond traditional models toward flexible, participatory structures that empower students as 'changemakers.' A holistic approach (balancing technological integration with emotional and social skill development) is vital to bridge the gap between AI’s promise and its pitfalls. Ultimately, responsible AI adoption in education hinges on proactive policy, continuous professional development, and a humanity paradigm that prioritizes collective flourishing. Without such measures, the risks of inequity or dehumanization may outweigh the benefits. The paper concludes by urging stakeholders to embed ethical foresight and student voices in AI-driven educational design.
