چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: Marital trust and gratitude are influential structures in the lives of couples, which are involved in the initial incompatible schemas in their formation and manifestation. In addition, economic poverty significantly reduces marital trust and positive behaviors between spouses (including gratitude). Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of group schema therapy based on the mode model on marital trust and gratitude in women covered by charities in Mashhad. Methods: The research design is quasi-experimental (pre-test, post-test with waiting list group). The statistical population was married women covered by Mashhad charities. The sample group included ۳۰ married women who were selected purposefully and randomly assigned to two groups of ۱۵ members. Before starting the intervention, both groups completed the Marital Trust (Gottman, ۲۰۱۴) and Gratitude (McCullough and Emmons, ۲۰۰۲) questionnaires as a pre-test. Then, the group schema therapy protocol (Farrell, Reis and Shaw, ۲۰۱۴) was implemented on the experimental group in twelve sessions of ۹۰-minutes. After that, marital trust and gratitude questionnaires were taken again from both groups as a post-test. Findings: Analysis of statistical data shows that the group schema therapy based on the mode model has been effective in increasing marital trust and gratitude in women covered by charities in Mashhad. Therefore,
