چکیده مقاله:

The integration of renewable energy systems in the building sector has gained increasing attention as a key strategy for achieving sustainability goals while addressing the economic and environmental challenges of the ۲۱st century. This paper explores the economic implications of incorporating renewable energy solutions, such as solar, wind, and geothermal systems, into building design and construction. By analyzing both upfront and long-term costs, the study highlights the financial benefits of reduced energy consumption, lower operating costs, and potential increases in property value. The paper also discusses the role of government incentives and financial mechanisms in making renewable energy technologies more accessible to building owners and developers. Despite the higher initial investment, the long-term economic benefits—including energy savings, improved property values, and a positive environmental impact—demonstrate the viability of renewable energy adoption in the built environment. Through a comprehensive economic analysis, this paper underscores the importance of renewable energy as a cornerstone of sustainable development in the building industry.
