چکیده مقاله:

Researchers (۲۰۰۶) achieved a groundbreaking milestone by successfully reprogramming differentiated cells into an embryonic-like state using specific factors. This breakthrough led to the development of induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technology, significantly advancing stem cell research. This technology not only streamlined the process of obtaining stem cells but also eliminated the ethical dilemmas associated with using human embryonic stem cells. Currently, the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine (ARM) reports that ۱۴ cell and gene therapies incorporating stem cells are available across various global markets. With advancements in technology, the gap between introducing new therapies is steadily decreasing. As the field has reached a level of maturity, large-scale clinical applications are now increasingly feasible. Numerous leading companies are making substantial investments, recognizing that therapies derived from stem cells, alongside gene therapies, hold immense promise for transforming the field of medicine. This article examines key obstacles and potential strategies in advancing stem cell therapy development.
