چکیده مقاله:

Utilizing information technology and using smart building materials, along with the optimal architectural design of large and complex buildings, will lead to the creation of a sustainable architecture that meets the needs of today's users. Today, only with the help of these systems can all safety considerations and parameters such as temperature and environmental conditions and lighting of buildings, etc. be controlled. Also, due to the complexity of the type of use of large buildings, a desirable design is proposed along with responding to the needs of controlling the behavior of the equipment used and their intelligence. Therefore, architects must design buildings with complete knowledge of new materials and materials and paying attention to the appropriate use and integration of network equipment. In fact, today, the sustainable design of a large and complex building must meet the needs of ۲۱st century humans, and only by integrating the needs in a complex can we save energy and reduce the use of fossil fuels, etc. Also, with the threat to the environment and the importance of sustainability and clean energy production, the presence of architecture in this field has been very important and significant. Today, sustainable architecture is one of the world's current issues in all fields, and smartization through nanomaterials plays a colorful role, especially through building materials and consumables. How can we produce light and cheap materials with different materials and materials, and how to use smart materials and materials and even self-healing in the construction of smart buildings? Sustainable architecture refers to the design and construction of buildings that are created with the aim of reducing negative impacts on the environment and optimizing the consumption of natural resources. This approach includes the use of environmentally friendly materials, optimizing energy consumption, water management, and creating green spaces. Sustainable architecture seeks to create a balance between human needs and environmental protection and is proposed as a solution to deal with climate change and environmental crises. Smart buildings also refer to buildings that use advanced technologies to enhance their capabilities to improve the quality of life of residents and energy efficiency. These buildings usually include automated systems to control lighting, temperature, security, and energy consumption. Using the Internet of Things (IoT) and building management systems (BMS), smart buildings can automatically
