چکیده مقاله:
Background and Aims: In recent years, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare has gained significant speed. AI systems can analyze vast amounts of medical information and facilitate more informed decision-making by healthcare professionals. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting trust in artificial intelligence in healthcare. Methods: This review study was conducted using articles published between ۲۰۱۰ and ۲۰۲۵ and included a review of selected articles from reputable scientific sources such as Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, Google Scholar, and JSTOR. The criteria for selecting articles included topical relevance, number of citations, and methodological quality. In the process of reviewing articles, content analysis tools, thematic analysis, and qualitative analysis methods were used to extract and organize key information from the articles. Result: The results showed that several different categories of factors can affect trust in artificial intelligence in healthcare. In the field of ethical factors, transparency of algorithms, patient privacy, informed consent, and how to manage sensitive medical data played an important role. In the field of healthcare, the type and severity of the disease, the clinical performance of artificial intelligence in diagnosis and treatment, the level of risk associated with using this technology, past experiences of experts with similar systems, and trust in the correct functioning of artificial intelligence in critical situations are among the influential factors. Also, the characteristics of users and medical professionals, such as the level of specialized knowledge, expectations from the technology, age, level of awareness of AI, and experience in using IT tools, affect the trust in this technology. Conclusion: It is concluded that a combination of technical, human, environmental, and legal factors can influence trust in artificial intelligence in medicine and the application of its tools. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Trust, Healthcare
