چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aims: Teaching basic medical sciences has always faced challenges such as the overwhelming content and student fatigue during lectures. This study investigates the impact of using scientific-musical clips, enhanced by artificial intelligence technologies, as an innovative educational tool. Methods: Educational musical clips were prepared in the Field of Anatomy using AI technologies, specifically Suno.ai. Subsequently, in a separate session with medical, dental, and radiotherapy students, the clips were shown after a ۵۰-minute lecture on the specialized subject. A validated and reliable questionnaire was designed for the students, comprising ۱۵ questions across three domains: motivational, educational, and quality of the clips, using a ۵-point Likert scale ranging from very high (۵) to very low (۰). The motivational domain included ۵ questions (interest in this learning method, reduction of fatigue during learning, etc.), the educational domain included ۵ questions (understanding complex concepts, aiding long-term learning, etc.), and the quality assessment domain included ۵ questions (evaluation of sound quality, music used, clip duration, etc.). Results: Of the ۷۴ students who filled in the questionnaire, ۴۲ were female (۵۲.۶%) and ۳۲ were male (۴۷.۴%). Analysis of the data demonstrated mean scores in the motivational area (۳.۷۷۶±۰.۰۷۵), education area (۳.۷۶۲±۰.۰۷۸), and the quality assessment area (۳.۷۸۱±۰.۰۶۹), such that the mean scores of the three domains were very similar. The maximum mean score belonged to the query, 'The effect of the use of such clips to minimize fatigue during learning' (۴.۰۴۱±۰.۰۹۳۱), ۷۸.۹%, the minimum mean score belonged to the query, 'The clip helped to better comprehend difficult anatomical concepts' (۳.۵۴۱±۰.۱۰۷۵) out of ۵ scale (%۴۸.۴). Comparison of satisfaction among the genders, study fields, and universities' GPAs revealed no differences. Conclusion: Based on the outcome of the work in the study, scientific musical clips in the break times scored a reasonable grade of around ۳.۷ out of ۵ using the Likert scale.
