چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aims: Recent advancements in biochip technology and artificial intelligence (AI) are creating transformative prospects for improving early disease detection, especially for cancer, ovarian cancer, and various biomedical applications. The aim of this study is to evaluate and analyze the integration of a microchip ELISA with mobile technology for the rapid identification of ovarian cancer biomarkers in urine, along with the use of microfluidic technologies and AI in disease diagnosis and targeted therapy. Methods: This article is a review of original articles, meta-analyses, and other writing styles of collected papers, covering the years ۲۰۲۲ to ۲۰۲۵. The papers were gathered from sources such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Nature Journal, ScienceDirect, and others, and the information compiled and collected from these articles is included. Results: The results show that the portable microchip ELISA system with mobile technology can rapidly and accurately detect ovarian cancer biomarkers. In addition to improving early detection, this system can serve as a suitable solution for point-of-care (POC) diagnostics. Moreover, microfluidic technologies and AI have played a significant role in isolating extracellular vesicles and enabling personalized treatments. AI has made considerable improvements in analyzing complex data, especially in diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and neurological disorders. Conclusion: This study demonstrates that the combination of biochip technology and artificial intelligence, especially in early cancer detection and personalized treatments, holds great promise for advancing healthcare. Although challenges such as data privacy concerns and the need for standardized testing procedures remain, the innovations discussed in this study will bring about significant progress in disease diagnosis and treatment.
