چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aims: Traditional methods of drug delivery may often prove inefficient and potentially lead to risks and adverse effects. With the expanding role of artificial intelligence (AI) in medical care, AI-based systems can play a significant role in addressing these challenges and reducing associated risks. Methods: This study is a systematic review conducted by searching academic databases, including Google Scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect, with a time frame restriction of ۲۰۲۱–۲۰۲۳. Articles were reviewed in three stages: title screening, abstract evaluation, and full-text analysis. Irrelevant articles were excluded during the process. Results: AI technologies have the potential to analyze patient data with precision, enabling personalized drug dosage prescriptions. By considering individual patient factors such as age, weight, and disease progression, AI can optimize drug regimens to enhance therapeutic efficacy while minimizing adverse reactions. Moreover, in addition to precise dosing, monitoring and evaluating drug response feedback is of paramount importance. AI systems possess the capability to continuously monitor vital signs, biomarkers, and therapeutic outcomes, providing informed decision-making and enabling proactive interventions by healthcare professionals to adjust drug delivery strategies as needed. Conclusion: The integration of AI into pharmaceutical systems represents a significant advancement in healthcare. With the continuous progress in machine learning and the incorporation of personalized medicine, AI holds the promise of reducing medication errors, improving adherence to treatment, optimizing therapeutic regimens, and ultimately enhancing treatment outcomes.
