Background and Aims: A revolution in the early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases has been created with the advancement of AI-based diagnostic tools, which can lead to a transformation in the landscape of healthcare diagnostics. Methods: This research is a review study conducted by searching the databases of Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct, considering the time limitation (۲۰۲۱-۲۰۲۳). The articles were reviewed in three stages: title screening, abstract review, and full-text review, and unrelated articles were excluded. Results: AI-based diagnostic tools with their unique algorithms can analyze diverse data sources such as medical imaging, genetic information, patient records, and lifestyle to support accurate diagnosis and assessment of cardiovascular disease risk. The advantages of this technology include increased diagnostic accuracy, early disease detection, personalized treatment recommendations, monitoring the patient's recovery process, and optimal resource utilization in healthcare settings. By enabling the early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases through these advanced tools, timely interventions have been facilitated and the ground has been laid for reducing the complications arising from cardiovascular diseases. Conclusion: Artificial intelligence has great potential in shaping the future of cardiovascular healthcare. New technologies and innovations are being prepared for further revolutions in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, which include: predictive analysis to personalized treatment recommendations. These tools are evolving to provide more appropriate and precise solutions for the early diagnosis and management of cardiac conditions.
