چکیده مقاله:

Introduction and purpose: Nosocomial infections refer to infections that occur ۸۲ to ۲۸ hours after admission to ۸۲ hours after the patient is discharged from the hospital. It has been reported that its prevalence ranges from ۶ to ۸۲ percent and in other parts of the world between ۲ and ۹۹ percent. Escherichia coli is the most common agent in the first place, Staphylococcus aureus is in the second place, and B. aeruginosa is in the third place in terms of the prevalence of hospital infections. research method; In this descriptive study that was done for ICU nurses. In parallel with the course classes that were launched at the end of the course, the effect of health education and health promotion on the learning of ICU nurses was investigated, as well as the disadvantages, advantages, and level of interest., creation of motivation, and the ability and adequacy of training from the point of view of ICU nurses were surveyed results :the decision control system are based on the rule of caution. A large number of risk factors can be controlled by using personal protective equipment and control techniques. But none of this can be without applying the principle of caution and using the services of trained health service providers in this department to the structural structure of the ICU department.
