چکیده مقاله:
Scoliosis and kyphosis are common spinal deformities that can lead to significant functional impairment and discomfort. Surgical intervention is often required when conservative treatments fail, with various approaches being employed based on the severity and type of deformity. However, the optimal surgical strategy remains a subject of ongoing debate. This systematic review aims to investigate the different surgical approaches and techniques used in spine surgery for patients with scoliosis and kyphosis, focusing on surgical tips, methodologies, and recovery outcomes. A systematic review was conducted across PubMed, Embase, Scopus, and the Cochrane Library for studies published from January ۲۰۱۴ to December ۲۰۲۴ utilizing search terms related to scoliosis, kyphosis, spine surgery, and recovery. Eligible studies were selected based on the PICO framework, focusing on surgical interventions like spinal fusion and minimally invasive surgery. Quality was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias tool and the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. Data extraction was performed independently, followed by a narrative synthesis to identify common themes in surgical techniques and recovery. ۱۴ studies involving ۲,۶۱۶ participants focused on scoliosis and kyphosis surgeries, including PSF, ASF, and MIS. Advanced technologies improved precision and reduced complications. MIS showed fewer complications. Postoperative outcomes indicated significant improvements in spinal alignment, pain, and mobility. Early mobilization and personalized rehabilitation enhanced recovery, resulting in high patient satisfaction and positive long-term outcomes. Surgical interventions for scoliosis and kyphosis, particularly using advanced techniques, particularly MIS, lead to significant improvements in spinal alignment, pain relief, and patient satisfaction, with positive long-term results.
