چکیده مقاله:

Welding is one of the common ways to produce and join parts together. It usually involves generating high heat to melt materials like metal, polymer, ceramic, composite, and so on, then letting them cool to form a bond. One specific type of welding is resistance welding. This method welds two metal parts by passing an electric current through them. The resistance of the materials to the electric current creates heat at the contact points, which melts the surfaces and results in a solid, permanent connection. This method works especially well for joining thin metal parts or components with complex shapes. In this research, the effect of current on mechanical properties was checked. Results showed that by increasing the current, tensile strength will be decreased because of some phases.
