چکیده مقاله:
This paper investigates the application of Unified Power Flow Controllers (UPFC) to enhance stability in power systems that incorporate photovoltaic (PV) sources. The integration of renewable energy, particularly solar power, introduces variability and uncertainty, posing challenges to the stability of synchronous generators. We analyze the impact of UPFC on key parameters such as rotor speed and angular position of synchronous generators, comparing these metrics under various control strategies. The results demonstrate that implementing UPFC in conjunction with other control methodologies significantly improves system stability, effectively mitigating oscillations and ensuring a more robust response to disturbances. Our findings highlight the potential of UPFC as a critical technology for optimizing the performance and reliability of power systems with high renewable energy penetration, paving the way for more sustainable energy solutions.
