Biophilic eco-camps, based on sustainable development and inspired by nature using the principles of sustainable architecture, are recognized as one of the innovative solutions for reducing energy consumption and preserving the environment. This article addresses the design of a biophilic eco-camp based on zero energy architecture and the vernacular architecture of Oman. In this study, environmental data analysis, energy calculations, and data tables are used to assess the sustainability and performance of a design covering an area of ۲۰۰۰ m². Additionally, the impact of biophilic design on user well-being and environmental sustainability is examined. In this study, the climate of Oman was selected as the study environment for establishing the biophilic eco-camp based on zero energy architecture. By analyzing the climatic data and influential design factors, an optimal design was achieved. A SWOT matrix was also used to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the design in this project. The final results indicate the high performance of the biophilic eco-camp design based on zero energy architecture in Oman, which, through the use of first-generation solar panels and an on-site water treatment facility, led to the optimal final architectural design.
