چکیده مقاله:
The best design for brick masonry arches under dynamic pressures is evolved in this study using genetic programming (GP). The overall objective of this study is to determine the dynamic loads in samples of semi-circular, obtuse-angular, four-centered pointed, Tudor, ogee, equilateral, catenary, lancet, and four-centered arches. They are examined and refined in light of the El Centro earthquake's acceleration and temporal components. The outcomes were utilized in a computational model for genetic programming in order to optimize the arch response. The aforementioned arches are then examined and improved upon utilizing the modeling guidelines that are supplied. When the results of the GP (Genetic Programming) and FEM (Finite Element approach) methods are compared, it can be seen that while the GP approach has less precision, it takes a lot less time to analyze and optimize.
