چکیده مقاله:

Background: Testicular Cancer and Non-Obstructive Azoospermia (NOA) are significant male reproductive disorders. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying their association is critical. Objective: This study aimed to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs), signaling pathways, and biological processes involved in Testicular Cancer associated with NOA using bioinformatics approaches. Methods: Microarray data were analyzed to identify DEGs in spermatogenic and Sertoli cells from NOA cases. Gene ontology (GO), pathway analysis, and weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) were performed to explore the functional relevance of DEGs. Results: A total of ۴۲ DEGs were identified, including DUSP۲۱, SLC۲۲A۱۵, FABP۶, MUC۲۰, GPIHBP۱, and SLC۲A۱. Pathway analysis revealed significant enrichment in focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and GTP-binding protein pathways. GO analysis highlighted biological processes such as mitotic cytokinesis, cytoskeletal organization, and signal transduction. WGCNA identified critical gene modules associated with NOA. Conclusion: Our findings provide a comprehensive understanding of the genetic and molecular basis of Testicular Cancer associated with NOA, offering potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for future research.
