چکیده مقاله:
Health tourism has developed rapidly, leading to a rise in people travelling to other countries to seek medical treatment, where communication can be a real challenge between the health service providers and foreign patients. When it comes to something as important as medicine, it is in the best interest of all parties involved, that everyone understands each other completely. A significant group of patients are Arabic speakers, as they represent an important part of global medical tourists and require more precise communication strategies to improve their healthcare experience. This article examines the importance of Arabic for international health tourism, as it affects the patient trust, accessibility, and regulatory compliance. It also addresses difficulties that accompany language barriers, which may include misunderstandings, decreased patient involvement, and the possibility of legal trouble. Moreover, the research elaborates on solutions such as interpreter services, multilingual medical personnel, and digital translation tools that can further facilitate efficient communication and provide a better experience for Arabic-speaking medical tourists.
