چکیده مقاله:
Here write the abstr Perspiration is a vital physiological process for thermoregulation, often managed using antiperspirants and deodorants. However, concerns persist regarding their chemical ingredients—such as aluminum, parabens, and phthalates—and potential links to breast cancer, hormonal disruption, and neurodegenerative diseases. This article examines the mechanisms of antiperspirants, evaluates alleged health risks, and reviews scientific evidence on their safety. While some studies suggest theoretical risks, major health organizations, including the U.S. National Cancer Institute, find no conclusive proof of carcinogenicity. Alternatives like aluminum-free deodorants and body splashes offer lower-risk options for health-conscious consumers. The analysis concludes that current evidence does not justify alarm but supports informed product selection
