چکیده مقاله:

Uricase is an enzyme that acts on its substrate, uric acid, facilitating oxidation-reduction reactions and producing the final product, allantoin. This enzyme plays a significant role in the treatment of various diseases. Elevated levels of uric acid are associated with conditions such as hyperuricemia and gout, prompting considerable research interest in methods to reduce uric acid levels. One effective strategy to enhance the stability of uricase involves the use of sugar-based deep eutectic solvents. This study investigates the effects of a solvent containing fructose, sucrose, and glycerol on the thermodynamic stability of uricase, employing the thermal inactivation method. Uricase was produced in BL۲۱ bacteria harboring a recombinant plasmid and purified using nickel-affinity chromatography. The thermodynamic parameters analyzed, particularly the comparison between the presence and absence of the eutectic solvent, indicate an increase in stability when this solvent is utilized
