چکیده مقاله:
In the present study, the investigation, design, and synthesis of polyaniline-graphene oxide nanocomposites to prevent waste on hydrocarbon vapors released from fuel storage tanks have been discussed. In this research, FT-IR spectrometry was used to identify the functional groups, organic and inorganic bonds, and the chemical structure of the compounds. X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) spectrometry was used to examine the structural properties of the samples. Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM) analyses were used in the synthesized products. In this work to determine the absorption and desorption of gasoline vapors on the polyaniline graphene oxide composite, the tests were investigated in two parts. In the first part, the amount of gasoline vapor absorption by graphene oxide nanocomposite was measured according to two influencing factors, namely time and temperature, and in the second part of this research, the effect of manufacturing process parameters on the amount of gasoline vapor absorption by polyaniline graphene oxide composite was measured. It was done in three stages and during each stage, ۲۰% of polyaniline was added to the nanocomposite composition. The results showed that Polyaniline /reduced Graphene Oxide (PANI/rGO) has the worst performance for adsorption or desorption processes. The differences observed between the two types of polyanilines may stem from factors such as surface area, morphology, and doping, all of which significantly affect VOCs-PANI/rGO interactions. To analyze the impact of impurity levels, the base PANI/rGO (۶۰%) should undergo the same adsorption/desorption process.
