چکیده مقاله:

This paper proposes a novel approach to distributed energy resource scheduling in a competitive electricity market. Different aspects of distributed energy resources are considered. Wind turbines, gas engines, Combined Heat and Power (CHP) and demand response (DR) programs are considered as DERs in this study. The intermittent nature and volatility of wind power generation and also uncertainty of demand response programs will cause risk in scheduling. To enable a proper management of the uncertainty, this paper presents a novel framework to make the variable generation such as wind power generation a more reliable source by considering demand response and storage. The effectiveness of the proposed model is illustrated through implementing on a test system.
