چکیده مقاله:

This paper proposes a novel approach to generation expansion planning (GEP) solution. Hybrid system consists of Wind, hydro and geothermal power GEP problem has been modeled and solved. Dynamic planning modeled by dividing time horizon to three sub periods has been modeled. Number of allowed new added generation facilities in each period is known. To utilize the investment cost as more as possible, multi objective modeling has been used. The objectives are cost, emissions, energy consumption and portfolio investment risk as well as system reliability. Mathematical problem is MINLP that classic methods are not sustainable for solution. Hence heuristic approach has been developed to solve that. The developed algorithm is TLBP-GA which is modified to solve the problem
