چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: In general, the policy of dealing with wounds can be summarized in a continuous hierarchy of preventive, therapeutic, care and rehabilitation measures. Care and rehabilitation measures, as an important part of the challenging path of wound management, include axes such as education, evaluations, follow-ups, and alleviation of possible complications. This stage of actions actually pursues the ultimate goal of improving the quality of life of the patient and the end of the wound healing process; due to this colorful role, there is a constant need for excellence and progress of its implementation methods. In this study, some of the new methods of care and rehabilitation in wound management have been investigated. Methods: In the present study, keywords Wound care, Telenursing, Rehabilitation, Telerehabilitation were searched in PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus in the time range from ۲۰۱۴ to ۲۰۲۴. Results: Telenursing and telerehabilitation are examples of integrating technology with health services. The introduction of these innovative methods in the wound field has created a good platform for increasing the quality of care and patient satisfaction. For example, studies have shown that wound field specialist nurses can carry out their educational mission remotely; This style of education, in addition to leading to the continuation of communication between nurses and patients, is more useful for those patients who are involved in chronic wounds and can reduce the pressure of treatment caused by the need for frequent visits. Also, nurses can be in a position to be aware of all the actual and potential complications of all kinds of wounds and, if possible, on this platform and from a distance, provide counseling to adjust these complications. In another study, referring to the long-term process of healing some wounds and that the rehabilitation program should be implemented in parallel; A proposal to implement a part of the program in absentia has been proposed, during which if the infrastructure is available The possibility of documenting wound healing under the electronic file, There are also continuous evaluations of the wound and the adequacy of the rehabilitation program. Conclusion: The use of remote care
