Synthesis of Zn-doped Ni-MOF Bearing Pd, Mn۳O۴ and Ag۲MnO۴ Nanoparticles and Investigation of Their Anticancer Activity Against AGS Cell Lines

چکیده مقاله:
Pd, Mn۳O۴ and Ag۲MnO۴ nanoparticles embedded on Zn-doped Ni-MOF were successfully prepared. The obtained nanostructures (۷–۲۰ nm) were well characterized. They were good fluorescent materials. The nanostructures have significant anticancer activity against gastric cancer cells, based on the results of the MTT assay (۲۴ and ۴۸ h) and in this regard Mn۳O۴/Pd/Zn-Ni-MOF, Ag۲MnO۴/Pd/Zn-Ni-MOF showed superior effectiveness. The measured IC۵۰ values ranged from ۸۹.۴۱–۳۷۷.۶۷. The expression of caspase ۳, ۸ and ۹ genes in the treated cells of [Zn-Ni-MOF], ۲-PySI@[Zn-Ni-MOF], ۲-PySI-Pd@[Zn-Ni-MOF], Mn۳O۴/Pd/Zn-Ni-MOF, Ag۲MnO۴/Pd/Zn-Ni-MOF, Mn۳O۴, and Ag۲MnO۴ nanostructures was also investigated and multifold increases compared to the control were observed in all cases.
