National laws have different approaches to adapt to the challenges of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is making astonishing advances in the exploitation of capabilities that were previously exclusively done by humans. Based on its knowledge and experience, the advanced artificial whisper can intend and perform various actions to achieve its goal. Nowadays, the necessity of adapting regulations to the challenges of modern technology is very felt. One of these cases is artificial intelligence technology. Systematizing the category of AI liability is important from a social and economic point of view. Therefore, it will be necessary to choose a specific and coherent civil liability regime for artificial intelligence. National laws are divergent and have different flexibility to adapt to the challenges of artificial intelligence. Regarding the basis of artificial intelligence liability, strict liability is also exceptionally proposed for four categories of special liability, along with an examination of the possibility of adaptation to artificial intelligence.
