چکیده مقاله:
Employees are the company's significant capital; if other employees take their place, they may bring academic expertise. However, the expertise must be acquired over several years, which is time-consuming for new employees and causes much financial loss to the company. Employees dissatisfied with their jobs or workplaces and whose productivity has decreased do not consider themselves members of that organization. The employees are mostly dissatisfied due to the exclusivity of the specialized part, which removes the freedom of action from the employees and increases dissatisfaction. This research investigated the factors and the degree of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the employees of the IT department (exclusively specialized), and the secretariat department is measured to estimate the dissatisfaction of leaving their jobs and the difference in the transfer rate of IT experts and secretariat employees (without expertise). This research aims to prevent the wastage of experienced and expert human resources and to eliminate the financial losses caused to the company. The research method is analytical, and it was conducted through a questionnaire in the field study. According to the available documents, the personnel turnover was from the specialized IT department and the secretariat.
