Investigating the ability of gold nanoparticles on expression some of genes and Mirs involved in breast cancer treated

Our earlier synthesis used the green external shell of walnuts, which acts as a stabilizer and reducer to produce GNPs. The size, structure, and form of the GNPs were assessed using XRD and TEM. The MTT assay was used to measure the suppression of cell growth. The fold changes of OCT۴, NANOG, P۵۳, Mir-۱۴۵, miR-۲۱, and β-actin expression against β-actin were indicated using the real-time PCR technique. Two-Way ANOVA was used to evaluate the data. If the difference was less than ۰.۰۵, it was deemed significant.
