چکیده مقاله:

Virtue ethics is considered a measure of good and bad for the moral subject. Virtue-oriented ethics is personality-oriented and is related to good and (bad) character, not right (and wrong) action. It is related to the question of how should I be? But the problem with virtue ethics is who is responsible for recognizing virtue and how are these virtues recognized? In the Shia hypothesis, we can mention a moral role model that introduces virtues to virtuous subjects, and they also make themselves like that moral role model and become virtuous people. In Islamic thinking, the personality of the Imam can be considered as a moral role model. The Imam had a virtuous character and his followers tried to become virtuous by observing his character. Now, the character of a teacher can be considered a virtue, and the Imam can be a role model for this character. The present study explains and analyzes the influence of a role model named Imam, who has the character of a teacher for religious society, in the training of teachers in today's society. The imam is an innocent, ideal, perfect human being with the virtue of teaching and guidance. In this respect, he can be introduced as a moral role model for society as well as educated professors. The present research briefly explains the ethics of virtue and the necessity of the existence of a moral role model. Then, the necessity of the Imam's moral role model is explained in the field of the teacher's virtue, and the main components of the Imam's teaching truth are explained. Then some characteristics of the Imam as a virtuous personality for Islamic and scientific society are expressed. Finally, the method of teacher training is presented with an emphasis on the imam being a moral role model and the virtuousness of the teachers.
