چکیده مقاله:

After migrating to Yasreb and establishing the Islamic society, the Prophet (PBUH) tried to achieve justice in all aspects, especially in the economic field, and in order to prevent the emergence of superior and inferior classes, the Prophet (PBUH) established treaties such as brotherhood and divided the spoils of war equally among Muslims. However, according to the reports of the historical sources, the Holy Prophet sometimes made a difference in the distribution of spoils among Muslims, and some of them were deprived of their share of the spoils or they were given a smaller share. Based on the types of discrimination, the present research investigated and analyzed the causes of the discriminatory behavior of the Prophet (PBUH) and its relationship with economic justice, and came to the conclusion that the Prophet's method of dividing spoils was sometimes an example of licit discrimination and sometimes positive discrimination, and it has been done in line with the realization of economic justice and balance in the livelihood of Muslims.
