چکیده مقاله:
Trust, as one of the most important elements of civil society that establishes social relations, is created and eroded in the social communication network of people. Political trust refers to the relationship between the people and the government and causes the government to interact with the citizens. Today, it is not possible to run a society without the support of the political trust of the citizens. Political thinkers have presented different patterns and models in order to secure the political trust of citizens, since the Holy Quran introduces the beloved Messenger of Islam as a superior model in all aspects of his life. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of political trust in Islamic governments, a question can be raised as follows: what is the political trust-building model of the Messenger of God (PBUH) and what components does it use, since the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) established the government during his stay in Medina and the Quran has reflected it. In order to answer this question, this article analyzed the data extracted from the Holy Quran using a qualitative method in the form of content analysis, and after converting them into categories and concepts, it achieved important results. The findings of the research show that the trust-building model of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) can be determined in four axes, two axes of which must be realized in the society and two axes which must be realized among agents, which are: A - Avoiding factors that erode social trust, including prohibition from suspicion, lies, backbiting, slander, and rumors, B - Strengthening the factors that generate social trust, such as recommending honesty, caring about other people's problems; empathy and cooperation C - Adherence of officials to their duties, such as non-discrimination, good judgment, honesty D - Agents' attention to their role in society beyond organizational duties, such as good faith, creating empathy, active listening, free circulation of information, compassion and seriousness in solving people's problems, friendship, and tolerance.
