چکیده مقاله:
Among the important issues of religious studies in today's era is the investigation of the function of Islam in the matter of development, especially economic development, and the lack of development of Islamic nations in the present world has led some to believe that the lack of development of Islamic countries is related to their religious teachings. The present research aims to examine the life and traditions of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH), in line with the verses of the Qur'an while refuting such a claim, and considers the Prophetic teachings as having a great potential to guide the Islamic society towards economic growth, which can at the same time create developments and encourage economic growth. A very important point is that this research never seeks to present a model and system and plan of a scientific economic system from the essence of prophetic teachings, and considers such a matter as the mission of science and human experience, but the main goal of this research is to extract the generalities, principles, foundations of important and vital orientations and guidelines of the Prophet (PBUH) to achieve economic development in two theoretical dimensions (paying attention to installments and justice in economic activities, the importance of work and earning a halal livelihood, creating a sense of cooperation and empathy, condemning poverty, recognizing private property) and in the practical dimension (formation of Baitulmal institution, strengthening of the market and promotion of trade, strengthening of the agricultural industry and construction and improvement of the land, providing sources of government income, economic contracts, fighting against false economic relations).
