Solutions to Reduce Social Damage in Prophetic Teachings (Case Study: Divorce)

Undoubtedly, one of the social problems of humanity is the phenomenon of divorce, whose spread in the modern world and new life has attracted the attention of many researchers in various fields. Considering the importance of this issue and the necessity of finding a solution for this social damage, this very important question is raised 'What approach did the prophetic knowledge have to the issue of divorce?' and 'What solutions have been provided to prevent or reduce it?'. Religious and narrative studies show that, based on divine knowledge and Quranic teachings, while pointing out the causes and factors of the tendency and occurrence of divorce, the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) has also stated various solutions to prevent and reduce it. In this research, the place of divorce is first discussed from the perspective of prophetic hadiths, then some factors of divorce are identified and then the solutions to prevent, reduce and prevent this social problem are described and analyzed from the perspective of prophetic teachings. Studies show that in prophetic teachings, the main issue of divorce - due to complications such as corruption and prostitution, unemployment, loneliness and depression, its adverse economic, social and psychological effects on men and women and children - is described as a very unpleasant phenomenon, but divorce has sometimes been proposed as the last inevitable solution to prevent bigger and more critical damages under the title of God's most hated solution. In addition to that, in his words, the beloved Prophet of Islam (PBUH) paid a lot of attention to factors such as infidelity and its grounds, violence and its consequences, and lack of understanding between spouses (in some impossible matters), and due to their importance, many different negative and positive solutions have been presented to eradicate these factors and reduce their effects and consequences.
