چکیده مقاله:

Family is the most important social institution where the first steps of morality and education are formed. The growth and excellence of people take place at home, and the lack of peace and intimacy in it will lead to the occurrence of psychological, moral, and behavioral abnormalities in the social environment. Most of the people who suffer from personality and psychological problems and lack mental and spiritual health have come from unhealthy families. Therefore, spiritual health and family health are necessary for each other. Various factors are effective in comforting and strengthening the moral and psychological health of family members, among which tolerance is one of the most important. Tolerance both bring mental and psychological health to the individual and the health of the family and society. In Islamic teachings, while emphasizing family settlement and comfort, the connection and solidarity between the health of family members and the educational method of tolerance have been mentioned. Examining the method and character of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in the management and moral and spiritual education of the family indicates that if the family environment is full of peace, friendship, and tolerance, the best environment for raising healthy and moral people in the society is created and the field of domestic violence goes away. The importance and value of tolerance, as the basis and factor of family health as well as the moral principle and method, is important because each family member has ideological, moral, and taste differences with each other. Each of the family members (father, mother, wife, and children) according to their gender, age, and physical and biological structure, have certain morals, and they can have a peaceful life and coexistence if they follow the principle of tolerance. This is why today the discussion of moral tolerance, and peaceful coexistence has been raised as one of the important topics and one of the components of social and spiritual health and moral and educational principles. On the other hand, in some cases, social and family relations have progressed to the point of hostility and aggression, divorce and complete collapse to the point where the family history is full of domestic violence or marital violence, and this phenomenon has existed in human societies since the distant past. And even in advanced industrial countries, despite changing public attitudes and improving the legal situation, this problem still persists in many families. On the other hand, the process of family changes towards new types of families, which are derived from the western lifestyle, individualism, feminist schools, and liberal attitudes, has threatened the mental health of the family.
