چکیده مقاله:

The rapid advancements in digital technologies over the past decade have given rise to the concept of the "industrial metaverse," a virtual and multidimensional platform that enhances industrial operations. By integrating technologies such as augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI) with quantitative management tools like statistical methods, mathematical modeling, optimization, and simulation, the industrial metaverse offers substantial opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. This paper explores the application of these tools within the industrial metaverse, highlighting their potential through case studies and discussing the associated challenges. Simulation facilitates the creation of virtual models for training and process optimization, while optimization algorithms streamline supply chain and resource allocation. Statistical analysis aids in quality control and predictive maintenance. However, challenges such as integration complexity, high initial costs, data security concerns, and the need for specialized skills must be addressed. The paper concludes with suggestions for future research, emphasizing the need for cost-effective implementation, advanced integration techniques, robust cybersecurity measures, workforce development, and scalable solutions to fully leverage the benefits of quantitative management tools in the industrial metaverse.
