چکیده مقاله:

This study aims to review and analyze existing knowledge management models to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and practical implications for organizations. Knowledge management plays a critical role in organizational success by facilitating knowledge creation, sharing, and utilization. However, selecting an appropriate knowledge management model remains a challenge due to varying organizational needs and contextual factors. This research adopts a systematic review and analytical approach, examining relevant academic literature and high-impact studies on knowledge management. Key models, including the SECI model, Knowledge Management Cycle, Knowledge Spiral, Dynamic Capabilities, and the Knowledge-Based View (KBV), are analyzed to assess their effectiveness in different organizational contexts. The comparative analysis highlights the advantages and limitations of each model. Findings indicate that the SECI model enhances knowledge conversion and organizational learning but requires a strong collaborative culture for successful implementation. The Knowledge Management Cycle provides a structured approach to managing explicit knowledge but may not fully support tacit knowledge. The Knowledge Spiral model strengthens knowledge integration but demands significant resources. The Dynamic Capabilities model fosters innovation and adaptability, though its application is challenging in resource-limited organizations. Finally, the Knowledge-Based View improves strategic alignment but struggles with tacit knowledge integration. This study underscores that no single model is universally applicable; instead, organizations should adopt a hybrid approach tailored to their needs. Future research should explore the development of integrated models and practical implementation strategies across different industries.
