چکیده مقاله:

Children’s rights have such vast dimensions that this research aims to conduct a comparative study of children’s civil rights from a financial perspective using an analytical-descriptive method. The study of children's rights, especially in its financial dimension, has always been of great importance, and this importance at macro levels prompted international institutions to adopt the Convention on the Rights of the Child in order to protect children and their rights.Iran also joined it in ۱۳۷۲, provided that its provisions do not conflict with Sharia standards and Islamic law. The results of the research show that firstly, the child benefits from all financial rights and has legal capacity, but does not have the capacity to resign. Secondly, the duties of each guardian, custodian and trustee, and their limits and powers are fully stated, and secondly, the Convention only refers to the right to child support as the financial rights of the child. Also, Iranian law disagrees with the Convention in some cases, such as the rights of illegitimate children.
