The Role of Critical Thinking in Organizational Entrepreneurship of Staff at Zahedan University of Medical Sciences

Critical thinking is an important cognitive skill and a way of thinking correctly for employees. Critical thinking helps analyze all aspects of life and work logically and make rational decisions. Because organizational entrepreneurship is one of the factors of production (capital and labor), with increasing technological growth and losing the best workforce in global service quality, and not paying attention to traditional management styles in organizations, the aim of this research is to examine the role of critical thinking in organizational entrepreneurship among staff at Zahedan University of Medical Sciences.
