چکیده مقاله:

The contemporary work environment presents substantial occupational health risks, with sedentary office positions associated with elevated prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) attributable to static postures, repetitive motion patterns, and suboptimal ergonomic conditions. This investigation evaluated MSD prevalence and severity among administrative personnel (n=۲۴۹) at an automotive manufacturing enterprise using validated instrumentation (Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire). The study employed a cross-sectional epidemiological design with data acquisition via self-administered survey instruments. Anatomical distribution analysis revealed predominant symptomatology in the lumbar region (۵۷%), cervical spine (۴۸%), and knee joints (۳۸%). Multivariate analysis identified insufficient physical activity, compromised postural biomechanics, and extended occupational exposure as significant etiological factors in workplace-associated MSD pathogenesis. Statistical evaluation incorporated descriptive analytical methods and chi-square association tests to examine correlations between demographic variables and MSD manifestation. Results indicate the critical necessity for implementing evidence-based ergonomic interventions and structured physical activity protocols customized for office environments. The findings suggest that optimizing workstation configuration, promoting regular kinesthetic activity, and limiting prolonged static postures may significantly reduce MSD incidence among this occupational cohort. These empirical observations establish a comprehensive foundation for the development of targeted preventive strategies and therapeutic interventions designed to enhance musculoskeletal health, minimize MSD risk factors, and optimize occupational productivity in administrative workplace settings.
