Objective: The objective of this study was to examine the impact of physical activity on communication skills and cyberspace management among high school students in Tehran. Methods and Materials: This research was applied in its aim and descriptive-correlational in nature, conducted in the field with active participation from the subjects. The statistical population comprised all high school students in Tehran. A sample of ۳۸۴ students was selected using a multi-stage cluster random sampling method. Data collection was carried out using three standardized questionnaires: the Sharkey Physical Activity Questionnaire, the Jerabek Communication Skills Questionnaire (۲۰۰۴), and the Cyberspace Management Questionnaire by Lee et al. (۲۰۱۵). The face and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by the supervising professor, and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficients, which were ۰.۸۱, ۰.۸۷, and ۰.۸۸ for physical activity, communication skills, and cyberspace management, respectively. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, Spearman's correlation coefficient, multiple regression, and structural equation modeling with PLS and SPSS software. Results: The results indicated a positive and significant relationship between physical activity and communication skills among high school students in Tehran. Additionally, the findings confirmed a positive and significant relationship between physical activity and cyberspace management among these students. Physical activity accounted for ۳۷.۹% of the variance in communication skills and ۷۱.۵% of the variance in cyberspace management. Conclusion: The study concludes that physical activity positively influences communication skills and cyberspace management among high school students in Tehran.
