Structural model of international competence and diplomacy of sports managers in the country

The development of professional, diplomatic and international competencies of sports managers has different dimensions, types and stages that the present study seeks to identify and their structural model.The research method was quantitative with a heuristic approach using a questionnaire. The statistical population of this study consisted of all experts in the field of research: managers of sports organizations and professors of sports management in universities. A statistical sample was selected in a sufficient number to test the model in a purposeful and accessible way .The qualitative phase extracted questionnaire was used. The questionnaire included variables and determining factors and was set on a ۵-point Likert scale . From the total number of identified variables after reviewing and screening, the appropriate number that had the most repetition and emphasis in terms of number in interviews, articles, documents and reports was used.SRMR criterion was used to fit the overall model . Whose value must be less than ۰.۱. According to the obtained value (SRMR = ۰.۰۹), the measurement and structural model has a good fit, that is, in general, the measurement and structural model has a good quality in explaining the endogenous variable of the research.In general, it can be concluded that both international competence has the ability and executive compatibility to sports managers and have the basis to implement this approach. But its realization requires the use of internal and external capacities of sports organizations along with removing internal and external barriers by using appropriate strategies and strategies.
