Role of mRNA vaccines in hepatocellular carcinoma patients: A systematic review

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common cancers with high mortality rate. Recent advancements in mRNA vaccine technology, especially with the emerging of COVID-۱۹, offer new hope for different cancer-based immunotherapy. Studies have demonstrated the efficacy and safety of mRNA vaccines as a potential personalized therapy for cancer patients due to lipophilic vectors, lower side effects and higher immunogenicity. Our study aims to review the latest data about MRNA vaccines in HCC patients.
