چکیده مقاله:
Cisplatin is a widely used chemotherapy drug, known for its efficacy in treating various cancers. However, its use is limited by nephrotoxicity, which can severely impact kidney function. This systematic review explores how the Renin -Angiotensin System (RAS) plays a critical role in Cisplatin -induced nephrotoxicity. Specifically, the review focuses on how RAS modulates kidney injury, inflammation, oxidative stress, and renal blood flow.
